RATES

2009 Rates Sleeps 8 $1600.00
Weekend Rates Sept thru June 1 = $1000.00

MONTHLY RATES: $4700 (occupancy 10 for monthly rentals only)

Labor Day weekend special Friday - Monday $850.00

$300.00 down to reserve space.
Cancellations:Full refund if canceled 120 days prior to stay.

$250.00 security deposit will be secured with a credit card (will not be charged unless there are damages).

House will be cleaned after your departure, however picking up is appreciated. Garbage must be in trash bin outside, and dirty dishes put in dishwasher and dishwasher turned on. No parties allowed!
